In an effort to reach non-traditional providers of products and services, the US Army has engaged InSitech, Inc., to lead an innovative and proactive approach to identify and contact companies that have technologies relevant to current military program needs. The Army is especially interested in working with small businesses that have not contracted extensively with the Department of Defense in the past.
