NJBIN Provides Space in Storm's Aftermath

Camden, NJ (November 16, 2012)--The New Jersey Business Incubation Network’s (NJBIN) 14 incubators across New Jersey are ready and available to provide low cost temporary office space and assistance to businesses that have suffered a loss or were displaced by Sandy.  NJBIN incubators are fully equipped state of the art facilities with monthly rent starting as low as $225 per month for private cubicles.  Office space is also available at a slightly higher cost (contact individual incubators for pricing).  Monthly pricing varies per incubator; businesses should contact individual incubator directors for specific details.
Rent includes:

· Internet, utilities and fax (printing and copying available for a small charge per page)
· Unlimited use of conference facilities
· Individual business counseling and mentoring
· Access to essential services (i.e. attorneys, accountants, bankers, marketers, IT specialist etc.)
· Referrals to sources of capital
· Access to university resources i.e. student interns etc.
· Educational workshops
· Collaborative business environment with networking opportunities
· 24/7 access to facilities (in most cases)
· Parking and security
